AllervisionTech, Inc. (“Allervision,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).   • Payments: If you make a purchase (e.g., subscriptions), payment details are securely processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.

  • Usage Information: Data on how you interact with the Services, such as scans, photos, saved items, and time spent in-app.

  • Camera Access: If you enable ingredient scanning or photo uploads, we may access your device’s camera.

  1. User Feedback License

If you submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas (“Feedback”), you grant Allervision a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that Feedback to improve our Services. We will not publicly attribute Feedback to you without your consent.

  • Personalize your experience and provide allergy-friendly recommendations;

  1. Notice Regarding Apple

If you use the Allervision iOS app, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Allervision, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the Services except to provide limited refunds as required by law. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Privacy Policy and our Terms.

Refund Data Sharing: If you make in-app purchases, we may share consumption data with Apple solely for refund processing, in accordance with Apple’s policies.

  1. Your California Privacy Rights

California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing once per year by emailing customersupport@allervisiontech.com.

  1. International Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the U.S. If you access them from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred and processed in the U.S. and may also be transferred to other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Our Services may contain links to websites, applications, products, or services operated by third parties.
